HimRishtey's Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
At HimRishtey, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for adults. Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation is a core responsibility, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
HimRishtey is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use our services.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on HimRishtey:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, promotes, distributes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Child Exploitation: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, traffic, or otherwise endanger a child for personal, commercial, or sexual purposes.
Grooming and Inappropriate Behaviour: Any communication, solicitation, grooming, or sexual interaction directed toward or involving a minor.
Illegal Activities: Sharing, requesting, promoting, or linking to CSAM or any content related to child exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Our Safety Measures
18+ Age Requirement: Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old before creating an account.
Content Moderation: We actively monitor and review reported content to identify and remove material that violates our policies.
User Reporting: Users can report profiles, messages, or content that may violate our Child Safety Standards. Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken.
Enforcement: Accounts found to be involved in child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or related violations will be permanently suspended or terminated, and offending content will be removed immediately.
Cooperation with Authorities: We cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies and legal authorities where required to investigate and prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.
